RFQ Creation
The RFQ is created by the buyer using a simple Adobe Flex interface, unlike a standard web page the it looks like a desktop application.

RFQ Workflow
When an RFQ is created the workflow begins. Once the buyer is satisfied with the RFQ there is no need to manually edit an email for each supplier the RFQ goes to. The RFQ is issued by the buyer to each designated supplier. Each buyer has the opportunity to bid or no-bid the RFQ and the buyer is notified immediately of the status change. The buyer can change the RFQ and each supplier is notified without picking up the phone.

Simple Buyer Response Form
A buyer gets notified that there has been an RFQ received and the buyer can print the RFQ, download the attachments and respond to the RFQ through the easy to use interface. Once the bid has been completed, the buyer submits the bid back to the buyer for consideration. The buyer can attach notes and other documents describing the bid in order for the buyer to make an informed decision.

RFQ Documents
RFQ's can be created with attachments which eliminates the need to send blueprints, pdf files and other documents manually through an email system or fax. The attachments can then be viewed by each buyer on the RFQ.
